1. ACCEPTANCE

By using Tastematter, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software.

2. LICENSE

Tastematter is provided as-is for personal and commercial use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use the software for illegal purposes
• Redistribute the software without permission

3. YOUR_DATA

Tastematter processes Claude Code session files stored locally on your machine. Your session data never leaves your computer except for anonymous usage telemetry (see Privacy Policy).

4. TELEMETRY

By default, Tastematter collects anonymous usage data to improve the product. This includes command names and timing, but never file paths, session content, or personally identifiable information. You can opt out at any time.

5. NO_WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. CHANGES

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
